Just a quick update...
Safe and sound; now at Bougainvilliea Safari lodge at the rim of the Ngorogoro Crater after a somewhat harrowing experience on Kilimajaro. More about that later. For now, just this pic.
The effects of the altitude sickness has worn off and all I have to show for it now is a slightly frostbitten nose.
Tomorrow morning at 06:00 (GMT +3) I head for the crater where all the wildebeest and zebra and, of course, the predators stalking them, are presently hanging out while the grazing in the Serengeti and the Masai Mara is no good...
